Zuke’s tapped OffLeash’s talents to fill a strategic and tactical need within their marketing department. With the goal of reaching pet parents with Zuke’s brand and product messaging, OffLeash Communications planned and executed a wide array of consumer-facing strategies.
Providing strategic guidance, content creation and platform management, OffLeash Communications managed Zuke’s digital marketing and social media engagement. Additionally, the agency was responsible for the strategic development and execution of two primary consumer initiatives, along with management of the company’s event sponsorship, media relations and blogger relations programs.
With a heavy emphasis on digital marketing, OffLeash focused its strategy development and implementation support on social media marketing, blogger relations, and cross-platform brand initiatives. To date, OffLeash has established and grown Zuke’s social media presence from infancy to over 120,000 fans across 4 social media platforms, and created and managed a blogger relations program that has garnered over 500 reviews during its rst two years.
To increase consumer engagement with the brand, OffLeash developed two cross-platform initiatives – #FueltheLove and #BarksBestPlaces (co-created with Bark Magazine). Both of these programs achieved their goals of increasing brand awareness, engaging consumers with the core mission of the brand and driving traf c to the company website and social media channels.
Sarah Julian played a key role in the development, management and execution of multiple strategic initiatives, including messaging, social media, influencer marketing, content creation and event sponsorship.
