Diggs founder and owner, Zel Crampton, came to OffLeash in need of a brand. As an entrepreneur who had never worked in the pet industry, Zel wanted to tap into OffLeash’s industry experience and knowledge of various competitors he would come up against. With only the name of his company and some preliminary messaging, Diggs hired OffLeash to build and launch a brand from the idea of setting the bar higher for dog crates.
OffLeash saw a unique opportunity for Diggs to carve out and own a completely new position within the pet industry. Using Diggs’ determination to revolutionize dog crates, OffLeash got to work developing a brand strategy and messaging. This included everything from the vision and mission, defining their position in the industry, and establishing a brand promise to continually uphold. Following the brand development, OffLeash was able to build a truly unique visual platform to bring it all to life and show the stylish, modern and rebellious brand Diggs has grown to be.
Following a complete brand build, OffLeash worked with Diggs to name both of its products and launch a Kickstarter campaign. OffLeash supported Diggs with the design and copy for their Kickstarter page. The Kickstarter campaign resulted in more than 268% above the goal and generated exceptional feedback and excitement.
Following their Kickstarter campaign, Diggs officially launched at SuperZoo 2018.
